The Cage Climb is a modified version of Vega's Flying Barcelona Attack which he can only perform on his own stage that makes its debut in the Street Fighter II series. A Super Combo version of the Cage Climb also exists in Street Fighter Alpha 3, and is simply called the Super Cage Climb.

Vega jumps onto the cage, hangs there for a couple of seconds (gaining invulnerability for the duration), and then jumps onto the opponent. If no button is pressed, Vega will simply jump down and, if the player holds forward or backward, away from the opponent.
The move is much more predictable due to Vega staying on the wall, but due to the player's (limited) ability to control the climb it requires less precision.
