The Liverpool White is one of Eagle's special attacks, introduced in Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001 and also usable in Street Fighter Alpha 3.

Description[]
Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing kick, Eagle leaps in a forward turning motion and swing-smacks his club downward as he lands.
Tactics[]
Despite being somewhat slow and fairly punishable, this move can safely travel over projectiles as a gap-closer, and acts as a solid knockdown-overhead tool.
