The Oxford Red is one of Eagle's special attacks, introduced in Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001.

Description[]
Executed by performing a half-circle forward motion and pressing kick, Eagle rushes forward via bracing position then ends with launching a string of fencing stabs from his clubs.
The distance dashed forwards and amount of blows are determined by the punch button pressed.
Tactics[]
This move is somewhat unsafe when blocked, and considered unreliable for chip damage KOs, but gives a good amount of energy to the Super Combo Gauge when the hits connect.
Oxford Red's last few hits may sometimes whiff, and may accidentally travel through certain characters' animations, making Eagle open to attack from behind. However, on hit, it can be used for all sorts of mindgames after the final hits connect, leading into any attack of Eagle's choice to step up his offense or back off at a safe spacing, even if the foe is able to block after getting hit by the whole attack.
