High Speed Barrage (高速度連続打撃（仮） Kōsokudo Renzoku Dageki (Kari)?, High Speed Continuous Strikes (Assumed Name)") is is one of Q's special attacks in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.

Description[]
Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing punch, Q swipes and claws at his opponent for three hits. What angle he claws at is determined by the punch button used; light punch swings low to hit crouching opponents, medium punch swings at eye level to hit standing opponents, and heavy punch swings high to hit airborne opponents.
The EX Special version (shown below) is significantly faster and hits seven times, with mixed angles. This means it won't fully connect against crouching or somewhat far opponents.

The quick startup of the EX High Speed Barrage means that it will usually beat the opponent to the punch in cases where their attack isn't near-instantaneous.[1]
