The V-Gauge (Ｖゲージ V Geeji?) is a mechanic introduced in Street Fighter V.
Description[]
The V-Gauges are displayed above the characters' Super Combo Gauge; the gauge may have 2 or 3 bars, depending on the fighter and selected V-Trigger (Dan's V-Trigger I is the only exception with one bar). Using V-Skills, taking damage, blocking attacks, and landing Crush Counter hits will fill the V-Gauge. Energy from the V-Gauge can be spent on V-Reversals (at least one bar) and V-Triggers (full gauge). As of the fifth season, V-Shifts also use one bar, but replenishes half of the V-Gauge on a successful parry.
