The Bloody Rain (ブラッディレイン, Buraddi Rein^?) is Vega's Critical Art in Street Fighter V.

Description

Vega targeting Cammy at the beginning of his Bloody Rain.

Executed by performing two quarter-circle backward or forward motions and pressing punch, Vega leaps toward the wall, knocking his opponent in the air whilst passing through them. After flipping back to the center of the stage, Vega dives into his opponent. If the dive hits the opponent, Vega then performs a back flip and kicks his opponent into the air. He then plunges his claw (or hand) into their midsection and leaps upwards with the opponent, ending the Critical Art with a vertical slash as he laughs maniacally. Vega gracefully falls on his feet and sadistically bows.

Tactics

Like most Critical Arts, this move is primarily used to end combos, resulting in large amounts of damage. Vega can cancel into Bloody Rain from most of his special moves, such as Crimson Terror or Aurora Spin Edge. Vega can use this while his opponent is in the air after using his V-Trigger.
