M.Bison vs Juri question.

Forums: Index Watercooler M.Bison vs Juri question.

In their SSF4 stories it states that the 2 fought and the result was unknown but both were shown later in the game.I've seen the cinematics for both characters. In Juri's ending, she talks about how she set up the fight between M.Bison and Seth. The story states this happens after she fights M.Bison.However, at the beginning of M.Bison's ending,we see him clearly defeating a version of Seth only to have Juri show up.Based on her dialogue it seems like she has already defeated a version of Seth (the one she stomped a hole in) thus the reason for her pointing out that he (Seth) didn't live up to his words. We later see M.Bison making an escape with Rose.

Is it possible that Juri defeating a version of Seth came first, the fight between M.Bison and another version of Seth came second, thus leading to a fight between M.Bison and Juri for supremacy? I suppose it's possible that M.Bison defeated Juri which would explain how he was able to escape. --Dsimp669

I'm pretty sure it worked this way:

1-Bison shows up with his other "Seths" and they defeat Seth (the real one, #15).

2-Juri shows up; she threatens Bison and Bison is unimpressed (at least at first). It's presumed that they fight but evidence seems to point towards Bison running away.

3-Bison is later seen high-tailing it out of there with Rose in tow; Guy gets Rose back.

4-Juri, who Bison appears to have left behind, taunts the defeated Seth and stomps on his Tanden Engine.

5-C. Viper shows up and finishes him (or another one? It's hard to tell) off.

6-Abel, Ryu, Sagat and several others fight and defeat some of the other Seths. The one fighting Abel almost remembers something and Bison deactivates it, the one fighting Ryu is disintegrated.

7-Later, when speaking to her superiors, Viper talks like there are 26 Seths left. However, she might not know that the other Street Fighters have defeated a few.

Bear in mind that just because every character fights Seth in Arcade Mode doesn't mean that they all DID fight Seth. Even Rival Battles aren't 100% guaranteed to be canon.--Evilsbane 01:55, May 10, 2010 (UTC)
