Moryo Kasen (魍魎渦旋 Moryō Kasen?, "Spirit Goblin Vortex Whirl) is one of Kairi's special attacks in the Street Fighter EX series.

Description[]
The Moryo Kasen is Kairi's counterpart to the Tatsumaki, more specifically, the version of the move seen in the EX series. He can perform three aerial kicks in succession in the original Street Fighter EX, and four in later games.
Tactics[]
Kairi can cancel the first or second hit into either of his aerial Super Combos (Shinki Hatsudo and Garyu Messhu). From EX2 onwards, he can also cancel it into Ryujin Kyaku.
