Norio Wakamoto is a Japanese voice actor who is the current Japanese voice of M. Bison.
Norio Wakamoto has also voiced another Capcom villains, as well as villains from other series including High Max from Mega Man X6 and Oda Nobunaga from the Sengoku BASARA series. He also voiced Cell from the Dragon Ball Z series.
