The Power Bomb is one of Alex's special attacks, introduced in the Street Fighter III series.

Description
Executed by performing a half-circle backward motion and pressing punch, Alex grabs his opponent and lifts them over his head, flipping them as he does. He then leaps into the air and slams the back of their head into the ground as he comes down. If the move is performed from behind or followed after a Flash Chop, it becomes a backdrop suplex.
The size of the jump and the damage inflicted depend on the strength of the punch button pressed; for example, a light punch jumps only a small distance and inflicts strong damage, while a heavy punch jumps high into the air and further forward, and inflicts even more damage.
Origin
The move bears a striking resemblance to a flying version of the Razor's Edge, a similar attack made famous by the WWE wrestler Scott "Razor Ramon" Hall.
