The Soul Passing is one of Rose's special attacks, exclusive to the OMEGA Mode of Ultra Street Fighter IV.

Description[]
Executed by performing a quarter-circle backward motion and pressing kick, Rose stands in her defensive position. If the opponent attacks, Rose will breifly hold them in place with her Soul Power. This attack is a counter.
The EX Special version introduced in the same game deals more damage if triggered.
Tactics[]
Rose can use it to punish the enemy or also to get away from his/her pressure.
Trivia[]
- The move is similar to the Alpha Counter system and was originally Rose's Alpha Counter move and can only be performed by doing the Alpha Counter command.
