Articles for the Slam Masters characters[]
Since Slam Masters is confirmed to be part of the same universe as FF and SF, and there are numerous references and cameos in/from Slam Masters, shouldn't we have articles for the playable characters from this series besides Haggar? --EterTC (Talk to Me) 19:38, October 10, 2016 (UTC)
- I think so. Surprised we haven't already, considering practically every character from Final Fight has a page. Since Rival Schools and Captain Commando also share a universe with SF, it might be worth thinking about making pages for them (Although Captain Commando has a much less strong connection with SF than Rival Schools does, so that one might not be close enough to the series to have pages). I was thinking about doing something wrt Rival Schools at some previous point... but if they're confirmed to be part of the same universe, then that's more than enough reason to start articles. Just make sure they're not too barebones when you first make the page.
Speaking of, there's plenty of other pages for older media that need some serious updating, and I'm not on often enough as is... --

I wasn't sure about doing them at first because, unlike the Final Fight characters, none of them has been playable in the SF series (barring crossover games, of course), but since we have articles for every minor Final Fight character (even those that will probably never appear in SF), I don't see why not. We even have a Slam Masters characters category ready to use! I'll be willing to help with the articles. The Capcom Wiki has pictures and basic information, and we can add whatever we find necessary.
Personally, I think Captain Commando could wait. Like BubbleRevolution said, the connection is there, but it just isn't close enough to start making articles. Let's just stick to Slam Masters and Rival Schools for now. --EterTC (Talk to Me) 00:32, October 12, 2016 (UTC)
That reminds me! We should also have an article on Capcom Fighters Network since they're doing all these profiles. They've done non-Street Fighter characters like Ruby so I feel like Captain Commando may not be too far off... That said, I agree completely. -- Lord G. matters.
