Tom Wyner (also known by the aliases Phil Matthews and Abe Lasser) is an English-born voice actor who voiced M. Bison in Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie and Street Fighter II V. He also voiced Rosanov and a street thug in Street Fighter Alpha: The Animation.
