This is a page listing Urien's references in general pop culture since his debut in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact.

Other video games Edit

  • In Tekken Tag Tournament 2, the said character even Kazuya Mishima can be customized as Urien based on his CG art in SFV.
  • The outfit that Urien wore in his said debut game's ending is similar to Kazuya's outfit that he wore on the opening of Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion. Also, they are both individuals who possess supernatural powers, sport a single eye on their foreheads (for Kazuya, this only works when he transformed himself into his "devil" form), and both seek dominance.

Comics and Manga Edit

  • Urien shares some similarities with Broly from the Dragon Ball Z series; both are very powerful and mentally unstable prodigy warriors with an uncontrollable lust for dominance and violence. They also share a similar fighting style consisting of wrestling and brawling moves combined with projectile attacks.
  • Armored Titan, a character from the Attack on Titan anime and manga series by Hajime Isayama, ressembles Urien as they both have a muscular bronze physique and silvery Caesar style haircuts. The Titan's pose while smashing through a city wall also has a striking resemblance to Urien's Chariot Tackle.
