At the Kingdom Hearts Wiki I noticed that two people were promoted to admin in May. So if you're saying that you would like to take a vote here at SF Wiki for a new admin, then I understand. You also said that "none of us are", assuming you meant admins. Did you know that User:Phobos-Romulus is the lead admin (bureaucrat) and that he is active? If you are interested in becoming an admin, contact Phobos. Since he is a bureaucrat, he has the power to promote other users to admin. If he feels you would make a good admin, he can simply promote you immediately if he wants, but if you and/or he feel that a public vote is a better way to handle it, then Phobos would be the right person to create the vote, since he's the lead admin.
